📋 YOUR RETURN POLICY

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days according to § 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB). At Iron Monkey 23, we voluntarily grant you an extended return policy of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

⏰ RETURN PERIOD

30 days from receipt of goods
The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) took possession of the goods.
In the case of partial deliveries: From receipt of the last partial delivery
The decisive factor is the date of dispatch of the return shipment (postmark).

✅ REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN

In order for us to accept your return, the following conditions must be met:

CONDITION OF GOODS
✓ Unworn and unwashed
✓ Undamaged and in perfect condition
✓ All labels and tags are still attached
✓ Original packaging (if available) should be undamaged
✓ No odors (perfume, smoke, sweat, etc.)
✓ No pet hair or dirt
✓ No signs of wear

EXCEPTIONS - NON-RETURNABLE
✗ Underwear and socks (for hygienic reasons) - only if the original packaging is undamaged
✗ Personalized or custom-made items
✗ Items with removed or damaged labels
✗ Worn, washed, or damaged items
✗ Sale items with more than 50% discount (unless otherwise stated)

📦 HOW RETURNS WORK

STEP 1: FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM
Fill out the return form (enclosed with your order or downloadable from our website)
Please state the reason for the return (this helps us to improve!).

STEP 2: PACKING GOODS
Pack the items securely in the original packaging or a sturdy cardboard box.
Enclose the completed return form.
Seal the package carefully.

STEP 3: USE THE RETURN LABEL
Within Germany: Use the enclosed free return label.
EU & Switzerland: Contact us for a return label (info@ironmonkey23sportswear.de)

STEP 4: SEND THE PACKAGE
Drop off the package at DHL or the post office
Keep the delivery receipt (as proof)
Optional: Send us the tracking number via email.

STEP 5: RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
After receipt and inspection (approx. 2-3 working days), we will refund the purchase price.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)

WHAT WILL BE REFUNDED?
✓ Full purchase price of returned items
✓ Original shipping costs (upon full return of the order)

WHAT IS NOT REFUNDED?
✗ Return shipping costs for returns from abroad (except in case of defects)
✗ Shipping costs for partial returns
✗ Express shipping surcharges (only standard shipping is refundable)

TIME FRAME
After receipt and inspection of your return: 5-7 business days
For credit card/PayPal: Credit within 5-7 business days
For direct debit: Credit within 7-10 working days
For advance payment: bank transfer within 5-7 working days.

IMPORTANT
We will only refund the amount after we have received and inspected the returned goods.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

🔄 EXCHANGE

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the items and reorder the desired size/color.

TIP FOR A QUICK EXCHANGE
1. Order the new size/color immediately.
2. Send the old goods back
3. This way you'll receive the new goods faster!

TRY-ON AT HOME
You are allowed to try on the items at home.
Please use only indoors and on a clean surface.
Only remove the labels when you are sure!

❌ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

DEFECTS IN DELIVERY
Check your order immediately upon receipt
Report defects within 48 hours via email with photos.
We cover the return shipping costs for defective goods.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Accept damaged packages only conditionally.

WARRANTY
Statutory warranty: 24 months from receipt
Additionally: 2-year voluntary warranty against manufacturing defects
In case of justified defects: Free repair, exchange or refund.

✓ Free returns with enclosed label
✓ Refund including shipping costs (for full return)

EU COUNTRIES

Return shipping costs: These will be deducted from the refund (except in case of defects).
Alternative: Return shipping at your own expense is possible

SWITZERLAND

Please note: Customs duties may apply.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICES

RETURN INSPECTION
We reserve the right to check returned items for completeness and condition.
Failure to comply with the return conditions: the return will be sent back to you or a deduction for the diminished value will be made.

DEVALUE
In case of improper handling of the goods, we may claim compensation for a reduction in value.
Examples: Worn items, removed labels, soiling, damage

LOSS OF RETURN SHIPPING
Keep the shipping receipt!
In case of loss by the shipping provider: We require the proof of posting as verification.
Without proof, we cannot issue a refund.

MULTIPLE RETURNS
We reserve the right to restrict the right of return in cases of unusually frequent returns.
This serves to protect against misuse
